As the society is becoming more aware of the issue on Energy Saving & Carbon Reduction, Carbon Footprint has set on being the most leading trend on environmental protection.Industrial development Bureau has authorized EDF to invite Super Textile engaging in EPD (Known as Environmental Product Declaration) to formulate the statement for one particular product. All correlated parties as well as industrial professions will be gathered and discussed the description of specific product and constitute the standard that could be generally used but also distinct from one another. With all the efforts in past months, the final statement was completed in both Chinese and English versions on Dec. 31st, 2011. This will also be announced on GEDnet in 2012.
In past, we can only rely on the statements from others, which might not be applicable to our product case by case. With EPD as a media, we are able to take initiation on stipulating new standard for our product.
